Ramen Ichinen Reviews
The rich aroma of the broth filled the air, promising a comforting experience. A vibrant bowl of red ramen offered a feast for the eyes. Tender slices of pork belly rested atop a bed of noodles. Crispy yam fries added a delightful textural contrast. Each element harmonized beautifully, creating a symphony of flavors. The savory broth infused every bite with warmth. A generous portion ensured a satisfying meal. This culinary creation was a true delight.
I’ve been coming here since they opened, and it’s hands down my favorite ramen spot. It’s owned by a local Japanese family who are incredibly kind and down to earth—you can feel the love in everything they do. The ramen has always been top quality with amazing consistency. No gimmicks, no hype—just traditional, soul-warming ramen done right. Vegans also get their own ramen options!! The Yam Broth and Spinach noodles are amazing - Great place to bring Vegans! The free extra noodles (kaedama) is such a great value, and for lunch you can add on extras like chicken karaage rice bowls or gyoza, which makes it even better. The service is always fantastic, and they’ve even started using locally made noodles by Respect the Technique—such a great touch. Easily beats out the big franchise chains. Highly recommend!
Service was super friendly, accommodating and professional. Our ramens were really good, it is a little gem I would recommend to everyone.
It’s a hidden spot. Luckily someone recommended it. Otherwise, I wouldn’t by pass this restaurant any chance. Japanese operated ramen shops, love the black garlic oil ramen with extra noodles. Soup are pretty rich, not msg type of flavour, more like true authentic Japanese style bone soups.
Yesterday was my first time at Ramen Ichinen! It was surprisingly good. The amount of noodles was perfect for me and they still offered FREE extra noodles. I am definitely coming back.
このレストランか大好きてす! The staff is from Japan and it shows. Fantastic service, and great food. Even have ramen options without pork - with chicken, vegetarian and vegan. Highly recommend. The staff is super nice! And the green tea is super subtle and great. It was so good I came twice in the same day. おいしー!
Ramen is an art and they have mastered it. Ordered spicy miso variant. The broth was genuinely flavoursome and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
BEST RAMEN IN TOWN! We went last Friday and it packed after work. I ordered Red Ramen and my partner ordered Black Garlic Tonkotsu. We also ordered Chicken Karaage. Broth is fatty, salty, and rich flavour as it supposed. We also have extra noodle for free. The portion is generous. I can say this place is the most affordable and taste the same as any random ramen place in Japan. I just travelled to Japan last year and was craving ramen since then. I definitely comeback. 10/10
